William is supporting the London Borough of Redbridge on its strategic review to determine the future delivery model for education services. William has nearly twenty years’ experience managing education finance and other functions for local authorities. He most recently led the project in another London borough to set up an education services company owned by the Council and schools and acted as its first managing director on an interim basis.
Colin is the director of operations in Redbridge and is spearheading the initiatives to improve traded services for schools. Colin has worked successfully on similar initiative with other councils and has a wealth of knowledge and experience within educational services
Elizabeth Ojo
Marketing and Project Support Officer
Elizabeth is a graduate with a Degree in Business Management and Masters in Marketing. She has worked within the Communication team for another London borough and is now working at Redbridge to support the project as the Marketing officer.
Chris has extensive experience working with schools to raise standards of education. He has introduced a wide variety of school improvement activities across primary, secondary and special schools across England. Through the development and implementation of leadership and management; teaching and learning; behaviour and safety programmes Chris has sucessfully supported schools facing considerable challenges.
